Pfu Methionine Aminopeptidase

Pfu Methionine Aminopeptidase is a thermostable Methionine Aminopeptidase isolated from Pyrococcus furiosus and produced as a recombinant protein. It specifically liberates the N-terminal methionine residue from proteins and peptides.
