BluePrint RT Reagent Kit for Real Time PCR

The BluePrint RT Reagent Kit for Real Time PCR is designed for cDNA synthesis for qPCR. The BluePrint RT Reagent Kit for Real Time PCR uses BluePrint RTase, a type of MMLV reverse transcriptase that has excellent elongation ability and enables quick and efficient cDNA synthesis for qPCR. The provided reverse transcription protocol is simple and suitable for high throughput analysis.

The BluePrint RT Reagent Kit for Real Time PCR can be used in combination with other qPCR reagents including Takara's Premix Ex Taq I (Tli RNase H Plus) (Cat. #RR420A/B), Premix Ex Taq II (Tli RNase H Plus) (Cat. #RR820A/B) or Premix Ex Taq (Perfect Real Time) (Cat. #RR039A/B).

Optimized protocols are provided for use with either SYBR Green or TaqMan probe assay conditions.

1: Contains dNTP Mixture and Mg2+.
2: Used as a dilution solution for creating dilution series of total RNA or cDNA. In contrast to dilution with water or TE buffer, EASY Dilution Solution for Real Time PCR facilitates accurate low concentration dilution. Diluted templates can be used for reverse transcription or PCR because EASY Dilution Solution for Real Time PCR does not inhibit reverse transcription or PCR enzyme activity. EASY Dilution Solution for Real Time PCR is also available separately (Cat. #9160).

Note: EASY Dilution Solution for Real Time PCR has been tested with Takara Bio’s real-time PCR reagents. Compatibility with products from other manufacturers has not yet been verified.
