Takara's BluePrint RT-PCR Kit, a two step RT-PCR kit for endpoint PCR, provides excellent elongation and highly efficient amplification of cDNA templates. The BluePrint RT PCR Kit contains a uniquely developed MMLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus) reverse transcriptase that demonstrates a robust capacity for elongation, enabling synthesis of cDNAs up to 12 kb in length. Additionally, the kit's MMLV reverse transcriptase can effectively synthesize cDNA at 42°C even when the starting RNA template contains GC-rich regions or secondary structure. This allows the user to avoid high temperature reactions that may lead to RNA degradation.
The BluePrint RT PCR Kit includes all the reagents necessary for reverse transcription of RNA into cDNA followed by cDNA amplification using PCR.
