BluePrint RT PCR Kit

BluePrint RT-PCR Kit, a 2-step RT-PCR Kit for endpoint PCR, is designed to provide excellent elongation and highly efficient amplification of cDNA templates. BluePrint RTase is a newly developed MMLV (Moloney Murine Leukemia virus)-based reverse transcriptase.

BluePrint RTase demonstrates robust and excellent elongation ability and the ability to synthesize cDNA up to 12 kb in length. In addition, it can synthesize cDNA efficiently at standard reverse transcription temperatures (42°C), even when RNA templates contain GC rich regions or complex structures. This avoids high temperature reactions which may cause RNA decomposition.

This kit includes all reagents necessary for the reverse transcription of RNA to cDNA and cDNA amplification using PCR.
