This kit is designed to perform the Differential Display (DD) method using a radioisotope. It includes 9 kinds of Downstream primers and 24 kinds of Upstream primers for DD method. Well-designed primers and an optimized reaction protocol minimize false positive results which may often be a problem in the DD method. This product is used with Enzyme Set-DD and radioisotope ([a-33P]dATP or [35S]dATP).
