PerfectShot Ex Taq

Takara's PerfectShot Ex Taq is a convenient 2X PCR solution (supplied in a 1.2 mL PCR tube) which contains Takara's high performance TaKaRa Ex Taq, TaKaRa Ex Taq polymerase reaction buffer, dNTP mixture, and loading dye. This PCR master mix with loading dye premix allows direct loading of the amplified reaction mix onto TAE gels without the need for a separate gel loading buffer. Use of the high yield TaKaRa Ex Taq polymerase combined with the convenience of direct gel loading together result in consistent and reproducible results for PCR applications.

* Contains Ex Taq DNA Polymerase (1.25 U/25 µL), dNTP Mixture (0.4mM ea.), Ex Taq Buffer (2X), and Loading Dye (Orange G/Bromophenol blue).

Storage

–20°C. Thaw vials just prior to use. Aliquot to avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
