High quality deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) are vital to the success of demanding molecular biology applications such as PCR and RT-PCR. Takara's dNTPs for PCR are greater than or equal to 98% pure and are tested for quality control in a variety of applications. Individual dNTPs are supplied at a concentration of 100 mM and can be diluted with water or buffer as needed.
Takara's dNTP Set (Cat. #4025) provides one of each of the four deoxynucleotide triphosphates. Takara's dNTP Mix (Cat. # 4030) is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing each dNTP at a concentration of 2.5 mM. This dNTP preparation offers convenience, minimizes pipetting, and can be added directly to amplification reactions.
