The High-Salt Solution for Precipitation (Plant) is a reagent used to remove polysaccharides remaining in the RNA solution after an RNA prep. It is possible to prepare high purity total RNA by simply adding this reagent during the isopropanol precipitation step during preparation of the RNA extraction. The high purity sample can be prepared very easily.
Note: It is not recommended to use for recovery of small molecular RNA. When using small amounts of RNA, it is recommended to use Dr. GenTLE Precipitation Carrier during the isopropanol precipitation for increasing the RNA recovery.
