Nonphosphorylated Linkers for Cloning

Nonphosphorylated linkers may be used as cloning tools for introducing restriction sites during ligation reactions. Takara's nonphosphorylated linkers for cloning are single-stranded oligonucleotides that introduce a restriction enzyme recognition site following ligation to the target DNA sequence.

Notes
