Cassettes and Cassette Primers

Takara cassettes can be used during PCR cloning of cDNA or genomic DNA. In addition to cassette-mediated PCR, these products can be used as cassette primers for the sequencing of cloned DNA.

The following cassettes and cassette primers have the same sequences as those included with the LA PCR in vitro Cloning Kit.
