PurityNuclease activity was not detected in Takara's RNase-Free Water as evidenced by the following agarose gel electrophoresis assays: - No RNA degradation evidenced after 16 hours incubation at 37°C with 1 microgram of total RNA derived from HL60 cells
- No DNA degradation evidenced after 16 hours incubation at 37°C with 1 microgram of lambda DNA, lambda-Hind III digest or pBR322 DNA
