Final solution from one pouch (1 L) contains:
0.025 M Tris
0.192 M Glycine
0.10% SDS

Tris-Glycine-SDS Powder (Cat. #  T901)

50 packages (for 25 L)

One package (for 500 mL) contains:
3.0 g Tris (hydroxymethly) aminomethane
14.4 g Glycine
0.5 g SDS

Storage

Store powder at room temperature.
