S1 Nuclease

S1 Nuclease specifically degrades single-stranded nucleic acids, including single-stranded regions of duplex DNA or RNA. S1 Nuclease is supplied in 10 mM sodium acetate (pH 4.6), 150 mM NaCl, 0.05 mM ZnSO4 and 50% glycerol.
