Ribonuclease H (RNase H)

Ribonuclease H is an endoribonuclease that specifically degrades the RNA strand in an RNA-DNA hybrid. Ribonuclease H is supplied in 25 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 30 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
