Recombinant DNase I (RNase-free)

Recombinant DNase I (RNase-free) is an endonuclease that nonspecifically catalyzes the degradation of both single- and double-stranded DNA and DNA-RNA hybrids, producing 5'-phosphate and 3' hydroxyl termini-containing oligonucleotides of varied lengths. The protease activity of DNase I Endonuclease has been eliminated; therefore, this enzyme is stable at its optimal (neutral) pH range and is suitable for RNA preparation at neutral pH. Recombinant DNase I (RNase-free) is heat inactivated at 80°C for 10 minutes.
