Mung Bean Nuclease

Mung Bean Nuclease digests single-stranded nucleic acids (both DNA and RNA). If used at very high concentrations, it is capable of degrading double-stranded DNA fragments. Mung Bean Nuclease is supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM zinc acetate and 50% glycerol.
