The Bovine Albumin EIA kit uses a bovine albumin-specific monoclonal antibody. It can be used as a simple tool to detect residual bovine albumin in purified target proteins produced by cultured cells and to monitor albumin levels in bovine organ extracts or urine samples. Bovine albumin purified from serum is widely used as a model protein or a carrier protein in biochemical, molecular biological, and immunological experiments.
