Applications- Western blot analysis under reducing and non-reducing conditions.*
* For immunoprecipitation, Ago2 (Human), Monoclonal (Clone 1B1) for Immunoprecipitation is recommended.
SourceMonoclonal antibody was obtained by fusing the P3U1 myeloma cell line with lymph cells of BALB/c mouse after immunization with the N-terminal position (1 - 148) of recombinant human Argonaute 2 (Ago2) Protein (NP_036286.2). The monoclonal antibody was harvested from ascitic fluid of BALB/c mouse.
Storage4℃ This product does not contain preservative. The stock solution (2.0 mg/ml) should be stored in aliquots at -20℃ for 1 year, or should be stored at 4℃ for 6 months after adding 0.1% sodium azide. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Diluted antibody should not be stored.
Specificity:| Clone No. | Specificity | Subclass |

| hAgo2 1B1 | Reacts specifically to the Human Ago2 protein | Mouse IgG2a (λ) |
FormLyophilized Reconstitution:Dissolve the lyophilized antibody in 100 μl of distilled water (final concentration 2.0 mg/ml). This solution can be used as a stock solution. If dilution is necessary for your application, dilute the stock solution with the following Dilution solution just prior to use. When the entire amount of antibody is to be used over a short time period, it may be dissolved directly in 500 μl or more of the Dilution solution. Note (1) : Be sure to store the antibody at a minimum concentration of 2.0 mg/ml. A lower antibody concentration may result in decreased stability Note (2) : Reconstituted antibody solution should contain 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative when stored at 4℃. Dilution solution: 10 mM PBS (pH7.4) 1.0% BSA (0.1% NaN3)* * : When stored at 4℃, 0.1% sodium azide should be added as a preservative.
