Fibronectin (Human), Monoclonal
These monoclonal antibody clones were raised against purified human plasma fibronectin. Each recognizes discrete locations of the protein molecule (see Figure). For generic use such as Western blots or histology, clone FN30-8 works best and is also effective for adhesion blockade studies. Clones FN8-12 and FNH3-8 are unique in that they can be used for studies related to fibrin, collagen, and heparin interactions, respectively.
