Storage Lyophilized antibody is stable at 4°C for 2 years. The stock solution (2.0 mg/mL) with Reconstitution Solution should be stored in aliquots at –20°C for 1 year, or should be stored at 4°C for 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The diluted antibody should not be stored

Specificity: This product recognizes amino acid sequence of mouse osteocalcin (25-46)
Subclass: Rat IgG2a - This product specifically reacts with mouse osteocalcin.
- This product doesn't react with bovine ,rat and human osteocalcin.
Form Lyophilized Reconstitution Dissolve the lyophilized antibody in 50 µl of distilled water (final concentration: 2.0 mg/ml).
Antibody Titer 1,000 times (ELISA method using a microtiter plate with immobilized peptide antigen)
Working Concentration - 5-10 µg/mL (for immunohistochemical staining by color detection)
