StorageStore lyophilized antibody at 4°C. Reconstitute in 50 µl distilled water to create a 2.0 mg/mL stock solution. Store aliquots of stock solution at -20°C for up to 1 year or at 4°C for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Do not store diluted antibody.
PropertiesForm: Lyophilized - Stock solution: Dissolve lyophilized antibody in 50 µl distilled water to create a 2.0 mg/mL stock solution. If storing at 4 °C, add 0.1% NaN3.
- Recommended dilution solution: For working solutions, dilute in 10 mM PBS (pH 7.4) and 1.0% BSA.
Specificity - Rat collagen type II.
- Does not cross-react with rat collagen type I or III or mouse collagen type II.
- Weak reactivity with bovine collagen type II.
