One-Step PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit (Perfect Real Time)

One Step PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit (Perfect Real Time) is designed for real time one-step RT-PCR using TaqMan probe1,2 for detection. In this kit, RT-PCR can be performed in a single tube, simplifying the protocol and minimizing the risk of contamination. Amplified products are monitored in real time, so there is no need to verify them through electrophoresis after PCR. The sensitivity of the enzymes in this kit enables detection of very small amounts of RNA, including RNA virus samples.

This kit uses PrimeScript RTase, an RNase H Minus MMLV-based reverse transcriptase which displays excellent extension and fast full-length cDNA synthesis, and TaKaRa Ex Taq HS high efficiency hot start PCR enzyme, both optimized for one step RT-PCR.
