Unconjugated Secondary Antibodies

Takara offers a series of unconjugated secondary antibodies derived from IgG (with one antibody derived from IgY) that can be conjugated to any label of choice (e.g., horseradish peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase). Once labeled, any listed secondary antibody may be used for Western blot, immunoprecipitation, staining and antibody capture EIA.

Storage

-20 ℃

This product does not contain preservative.

The stock solution (2.0 mg/ml) should be stored in aliquots at -20℃ for up to 1 year or at 4℃ for up to 6 months after adding 0.1% sodium azide. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Diluted antibody should not be stored.
