Dendra2 photoconversion in the cell nucleus. The nuclei of HeLa cells expressing Dendra2 under the control of CMV promoter were briefly illuminated with 405 nm light to switch Dendra2 from green to red. Then confocal images were taken in the green and red channels and overlaid.
