EcoDry Lyophilized Premixes—PCR and RT To Go
No more digging through the freezer or hustling for ice buckets! EcoDry PCR and reverse transcription (RT) master mixes are dried down to allow long-term storage at room temperature. Store them in your lab bench for easy access, or take them with you! Reaction set up is a snap: Just twist off a tube of master mix, and add template and primers (for PCR).
- High Yield PCR EcoDry Premix—features our high performance Titanium Taq DNA Polymerase Mix and TaqStart Antibody for added specificity. Uses: Limited template and high-throughput applications, such as colony PCR.
- High Fidelity PCR EcoDry Premix—features Advantage 2 DNA Polymerase, which exhibits three times the fidelity of wild-type Taq polymerase, and generates high yields of longer, more accurate PCR products. Uses: cDNA library construction and amplification, cloning, preparative PCR, long and accurate PCR.
- RT-PCR EcoDry Premix—features our high-performance, ultra-pure SMART MMLV Reverse Transcriptase. SMART MMLV Reverse Transcriptase allows the synthesis of high-quality first-strand cDNA of up to 11.7 kb, from virtually any transcript. Uses: RT-PCR, gene cloning/RACE, cDNA synthesis, and library construction.
