The SMARTer Human scTCR Demultiplexer software is only for use with the sequencing data generated with the SMARTer Human scTCR a/b Profiling Kit. CLC Genomics can also be used for demultiplexing.

You will access the software as a zip archive containing the following files:
- SMARTer Human scTCR Demultiplexer software
- The EULA agreed to above
- A guide for using the software
- Paired-end sample data for 12 libraries, each consisting of a pooled library with all eight in-line indexes
