Cardiomyocytes Derived from Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells
Cellartis Cardiomyocytes are a highly homogenous population of cardiomyocytes derived from human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells (ChiPSC22). The iPS cells have been differentiated into spontaneously beating cardiomyocytes in vitro. These cells have been dissociated into a single cell suspension and frozen in vials. The Cellartis Cardiomyocytes (from ChiPSC22) Kit contains one vial of cardiomyocytes (>3 x 106 viable cells), one bottle of Cellartis CM thawing base, and one bottle of Cellartis CM Culture Base.
