Each lot of Advantage Ultrapure Nucleotides is analyzed by chromatography, using Mono Q HR, to ensure a minimum of 99% triphosphates. Each lot is guaranteed to be free of nuclease activity.
Advantage Ultrapure dNTP comes either as a combination kit containing 100 mM of each dNTP in separate tubes or premixed with 10mM per dNTP, both as aqueous solutions at pH 7.5. Under these conditions, the triphosphate forms of these nucleotides are very stable.
