High-Throughput Isolation of Genomic DNA from Plant—NucleoSpin 8/96 Plant II

The NucleoSpin 8 Plant and NucleoSpin 96 Plant II kits offer timesaving parallel isolation of genomic DNA from plant cells and tissue in a flexible 8-well strip format and a convenient 96-well plate high-throughput format, respectively. The kits are suitable for processing under vacuum and by centrifugation, and for manual or automated use. You can isolate fragments from 50 bp–30 kb in a 100–200 µl elution volume. The purified DNA can be used directly for PCR, Southern blotting, or any kind of enzymatic reaction.
