Phosphorylated Linkers

Phosphorylated linkers are cloning reagents that contain a phosphate group at their 5'-end, enabling them to be used directly in linker ligation during cloning experiments. The in-frame cloning of a target gene into a vector can be easily performed by using a phosphorylated linker that results in the desired reading frame.
