Tet-On 3G cell lines greatly simplify the task of setting up a tetracycline-inducible gene expression system that is activated by adding doxycycline (Dox) to the culture medium. These rigorously tested clonal cell lines stably express our premium Tet-On 3G transactivator. They allow you to induce expression of your gene-of-interest by adding doxycycline (Dox) to the culture of transfected cells, and can save you up to two months of time in developing a complete Tet-controlled system.
Easily create an inducible system by placing your gene under control of PTRE3G, transfecting it into one of these G418-resistant cell lines, and selecting for double-stable clones.
