Wild Type GFP & GFPuv Fluorescent Proteins

Living Colors GFP and GFPuv are bacterial expression vectors that carry the gene for either GFP (wild type Aequorea victoria green fluorescentprotein) or GFPuv (a GFP variant optimized for maximal fluorescence whenexcited by UV light). GFP and GFPuv expression are driven by the lac promoter. We offer a Living Colors EGFP Monoclonal Antibody to detect the GFP and GFPuv fluorescent proteins.
