Human Cathepsin K (CTSK) Polyclonal Antibody

Cathepsin K (CTSK) is an extracellular matrix cysteine protease that plays an important role in bone remodeling and resorption. Human Cathepsin K (CTSK) Polyclonal Antibody can be utilized for human cathepsin K detection via Western blot analysis (under reducing and non-reducing conditions) or via immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue sections (without prior antigen retrieval). The rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the KLH-conjugated human cathepsin K peptide (139-157) [CWAFSSVGALEGQLKKKTG].
